Past Events of the Club for the 2025-26 Year:
May 12, 2026 - Spring Luncheon at Hazy Mountain Vineyard, Afton About 45 people gathered and enjoyed a buffet lunch and listened to our speaker, Kelly Crace, the Executive Director of the Contemplative Science Center. We also voted in our new President, Mary Anne Pace, and new Board members.
April 7, 2026 - Chocolate Tasting Tour Experience at Gearharts Fine Chocolate
March 22, 2026 - LIVE ARTS EVENT - 27 people from the UVAWC attended the play Emma by Kate Hamill, based on the Jane Austen novel.
UVA Women’s Club Tea - Was held Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at The Wool Factory, 1837 Broadway St., Charlottesville, VA 22902
The Fall Meeting was held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00, Thursday Sept. 4, 2025 at St. Paul’s Ivy Episcopal Church, 851 Owensville Rd., Charlottesville
This important annual event was our chance to Renew our membership dues, sign up for interest groups, meet group leaders and fellow members and enjoy delicious refreshments.
We also listened to our distinguished guest speaker: Alice J. Raucher, Associate Vice President and Architect for the University of Virginia.
